A cloakroom needs to be fast precisely when everyone wants to use it

At a large music event, a mobile cloakroom is essential. It is part of the visitor flow, and any failure immediately creates queues, puts pressure on staff and leaves guests with a poor first or last impression.

We designed the layout, signage and operating procedures around the expected peak periods. The system combined mobile clothes rails, clear records, trained staff and separate drop-off and collection points.

The result was a predictable operation with clear responsibilities and a solution that can be used again at a different capacity or in a different layout.
